Mountain Peak was racing off a mark of 108 at around this time two years ago and the fact he now races off 88 makes him look like a well handicapped horse. He didn't manage to win last season but ran a couple of decent race in the Autumn at Ascot and then returned to action with a good 6th of 12 at Epsom in April this year. That run will no doubt have brought him on fitness wise and with his stable in excellent form this year, Mountain Peak maybe able to recapture some of his previous good form. Mountain Peak rates a 4 star each way Pick.
