Mount Athos is a perfect 3 wins from 3 starts over this very track and distance and looks to have a good chance of making it 4 from 4. He won on his first start since being gelded here in November last year and then ran a good race to finish 2nd in a listed race at Deauville. He then ran a rare below par run at Wolverhampton, finishing 5th of 8 but looking uncomfortable all the way round. Given good break he should be ready to fire now in what looks a race tailored made for him. Mount Athos rates a 5 star win Pick.
