Plenty of action on a busy Friday, here are the thoughts of our Racing Factors tipster.

Heezer Geezer may have just only done enough last time at Hereford in a 3 way finish to win, however he has bags of potential to improve and sets the standard in today's contest. Prior to that win he had won a bumper on his racecourse debut at Doncaster and then finished 2nd in a couple of good novice events at Aintree and Newbury. On the later occasion he finished 2nd to Stay Away Fay, who wasn't disgraced in a grade 2 novice next time out. Heezer Geezer comes out on top on all 3 Racing Factors ratings today and should be hard to beat. At likely prohibitive odds he rates a 2 star win Pick.

Hard Iron didn't set the world alight in his 2 bumper runs and then his 3 novice hurdles races last year, however those runs qualified him to race in handicaps of a lowly mark of 84. Given a short break he duly obliged on handicap debut at Ayr last October and followed that up with another win at Ayr again. Those runs were over 2m3 1/2f and on both occasions Hard Iron was strong at the finish, suggesting that he is well worth a try at today's 3m1 1/2f trip. Being by Milan and out of a mare who stayed well, if anything the step up in distance could unlock more improvement. he does have a mark of 99 to contend with this time round, however he could be up to the task. Hard Iron rates a 2 star win Pick.
