    What will happen to my Karrotz?

    All existing Karrotz balances will be safely preserved. When the platform relaunches following our UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licensing, your Karrotz will be converted into points, which can be used to redeem free bets on the new, cash-based platform. No value will be lost in the transition, and you'll still benefit from the rewards you've earned.

    Will I be able to log in and see my account?

    During the temporary downtime, the full platform will be offline, so you won’t be able to log in or access your account. However, all account data, including your login details, Karrotz balance, and activity history, is securely stored and will be available as normal when the platform returns under our UKGC licence. You’ll be notified as soon as we’re back online.

    What happens if I have purchased Karrotz?

    If you’ve purchased Karrotz, your balance will be fully preserved and honoured. When the platform relaunches under our UKGC licence, your purchased Karrotz will be withdrawable for cash, in line with our transition to a fully licensed, real-money platform. You will not lose any value, and your previous purchases will carry over into the new system.

    What happens to the horses I own within Fantasy Ownership?

    The Fantasy Ownership feature will be retired as part of the platform upgrade. Any Karrotz that you purchased to spend on horses will be refunded to your account and withdrawable. Any Karrotz you earned playing the free leaderboards and spent on horses will be refunded and converted to free bets. Any Karrotz you earned through Fantasy Ownership gameplay will remain in your account and converted to points. No value will be lost during this transition.

    When will the platform be back online?

    We’re aiming to relaunch the platform as soon as we receive approval for our UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licence. While we can’t give an exact date yet, we are actively progressing through the application process. We’ll keep all users updated and notify you as soon as we have a confirmed relaunch timeline.

    Can I still view the Factors ratings?

    While the full platform is offline, the Factors ratings will not be publicly accessible. However, they will return as a core feature when the platform relaunches under our UKGC licence. We’re also exploring the option of making the ratings available via partner sites or a standalone widget during the interim. Stay tuned for updates.

    Will Karrotz return when the platform is back online?

    Karrotz will be phased out as we transition to a fully licensed, real-money platform. When we relaunch, any Karrotz you’ve earned or purchased will either be converted into free bets or, in the case of purchased Karrotz, redeemable for cash. The new platform will operate using standard currency for betting, in line with UKGC requirements.

    The UKGC licence ensures that we operate in full compliance with UK gambling laws, providing a safe, secure and regulated environment for our users. Obtaining the licence allows us to transition from a free-to-play model to a fully licensed cash-based platform, enabling us to offer real money betting features responsibly and enabling our users to withdraw from the platform.

    Will the site still be free to use, or will everything require real money?

    Racing Factors will still provide the Factors rating system for registered users for free, and the revamped Pick Pool leaderboard will still be a free-to-play daily leaderboard. However, the prizes for participating in these free leaderboards will differ from what has previously featured.
