Keppel Queen has only had the 4 career starts under rules and 3 over hurdles. She had shown moderate form in her starts prior to her latest run at Warwick, where she was upped in distance to 2m5f. She got a little outpaced that day before staying on well at the finish to end up 5th of 10. Now sent handicapping off a mark of 98 and stepped up even further distance to 2m7 1/2f she could well improve a great deal on her initial efforts. All her runs have come on good ground so conditions should be fine for her and a chance is taken that Keppel Queen has more to offer. Keppel Queen rates a 3 star each way Pick.
