Cuban Tiger has progressed well in his first season racing and after winning on debut at Southwell back in January he has gone onto run some solid races in some decent handicaps. He tried to make all the running two starts back at Thirsk and was only caught late home by an improving type. It's probably best to ignore his last run at Leopardstown over 7f, where he tried to lead a 17 strong field and faded in the closing stages. Now given a short break and back on the all-weather surface he has a good draw in 2 to attack from and could well get the run of the race upfront. Cuban Tiger rates a 4 star each way Pick.
