More Thunder is a lightly raced 3-year old that seems to be on the upgrade. He won on his second start at Nottingham back in May and then finished 3rd in a novice event at Newmarket before finishing 2nd at Chester in Handicap company on his latest run in July. He may have found his stamina stretched over 1m2 1/2f that day but it is worth noting the horse that beat him has gone onto win since. More Thunder looks just the type of horse his stable excel with and it would be no surprise were he to continue to improve coming back off a 62 day break. Ryan Moore has been booked to take the ride and that might be a sign of intent. More Thunder rates a 4 star each way Pick.
