Caius Chorister has raised her game an extra level this season having been very progressive in handicaps two year ago she had a fair season last year. She finished a good 2nd at Ascot on her return to action and then backed that up with another fine 2nd at Sandown in the Group 3 Henry II Stakes beaten only a head by now 113 rated Sweet William. Her next assignment was the Group 1 Royal Ascot Gold Cup where perhaps the extreme distance was too much for her and she finished 6th of 9. Now back in Group 2 company and amongst her own sex and also back down in distance to 1m6f, Caius Chorister seems to have lot going for her. She handles all types of ground and can get a deserved win on the board for this season. Caius Chorister rates a 4 star win Pick.
