VERDICT: In what could be an informative bumper, a tentative vote goes to newcomer Uptown Dandy, who is a half-brother to talented Grade 2 winner Bill Joyce. The Ben Pauling stable knows how to ready one first time out and he may have too much for fellow debutants Limerick Lass and Scorpio Rising. An easy winner at Uttoxeter last April, Realco is another to consider on his first run for the Dan Skelton team.
