VERDICT: Tiernan Power Roche is proving very good value for his 7lb claim and he can bag another winner for Philip Rothwell on Down Around. The Sea Moon gelding ran a big race at Fairyhouse earlier in the month when losing out by half a length to Portarlington. The winner went on to score over fences at Tramore on Tuesday. Phoenix Cowboy was five and a half lengths behind the selection last time and may be able to get a bit closer now. He shaped nicely then on his first outing for Mick Winters. Tasmanian Girl was second at a massive price last time and has a chance if repeating that showing.
