VERDICT: A few of these have something to prove at present and it may pay to persevere with the in-form Ez Tiger. Alex Hales' gelding arrives on the back of a solid third at Plumpton and he makes plenty of appeal racing off the same mark. Royal Deeside was behind in fifth on that occasion, but that was his first outing in 176 days and the four-year-old is entitled to finish closer today. C&D winner Iontach Cheval is worth a check in the market for a yard in great heart at present.
