VERDICT: Having posted a solid third over a mile in the Group 2 Champions Juvenile Stakes at Leopardstown last month, Bernard Shaw makes plenty of appeal dropping into Listed company. The son of Into Mischief showed plenty of early speed on that occasion and a return to 7f holds no fear. The biggest threat may emerge from Comanche Brave, who justified strong support in the market when coasting home at Cork 23 days ago. Va Va Vroom and Beckman are unlikely to be far behind.
