VERDICT: Michael Halford and Tracey Collins can add another winner here with Slieve Bearnagh. Well backed when staying on strongly over two furlongs shorter at Navan last time, the seven-year-old should appreciate stepping up in trip. Ridden by an inexperienced 10lb apprentice at the County Meath track, the son of Zoffany now has Ronan Whelan back in the saddle. Twice successful over hurdles earlier in the year, the Paul Rooney-owned gelding looks well handicapped on the Flat. Trainer Harry Rogers runs three in this race, and Arcland could prove to be the best of his trio. Stablemate Grann's Boy, who is equipped with first-time blinkers, should also give his trainer a strong chance.
