VERDICT: Stamina isn't a given for many of these, but that can't be said for Pons Aelius. The son of Galileo hasn't always been the most consistent this term, but he finished fourth in the Northumberland Vase here in June and a similar level of performance would be good enough to land the spoils. Sydney Seabreeze has few miles on the clock and could find more for the addition of first-time cheekpieces, while Unique Spirit should not be underestimated.
