VERDICT: Engines On finished out the back when favourite for a handicap over further in Leopardstown, but had a horror draw and is worth another chance. He is better assessed on his three solid runs in Gowran Park and he finished runner-up there in June. A tongue-strap is tried and James Ryan claims 3lb. Relevant Range bounced back to form with a vengeance in Listowel. He travelled well during that race, but the handicapper has hit him with a 9lb rise which asks questions. Mulgrave is on a particularly dangerous mark and wasn't beaten far into third at Fairyhouse, however, he wouldn't want much juice in the ground. Pink Socks is another to consider.
