VERDICT: Hasthing sets a high standard based on his bumper form, having placed in the Grade 2 at Aintree, and the six-year-old is expected to be a cut above the opposition here. Globe Player finished third at Huntingdon on his first attempt over timber and is entitled to step forward from that display. Zmiinyi was disappointing at Chepstow on his Rules debut, but he could easily leave that effort behind him.
