VERDICT: Valley Of Flowers won this race last year from a 4lb lower mark and recent performances have proven that she can compete from her current mark. The five-year-old merits respect, as does Annandale, who struck the woodwork at Redcar last month, though a chance is taken on Glasses Up. The son of English Channel was unable to land a blow at Musselburgh 23 days ago, but he is proven at a higher level and might be able to strike down in class.
