VERDICT: Hilts is best forgiven his latest effort after scoping dirty and had previously looked capable of winning more races off this mark, so warrants consideration. Dundory had a lot to do when finishing second at Epsom 11 days ago and the John O'Shea inmate could gain compensation here. Royal Regent ran a good third over C&D last week and rates a player off the same mark, with Cabinet Maker another meriting respect now returning to turf.
