VERDICT: Waiting All Night will not find many better opportunities than this to return to winning ways. Richard Spencer's colt has been highly tried this season, finishing fifth in both the Coventry and July Stakes, and he should be a class above his rivals. Mahalik was third over C&D at the beginning of August but hasn't matched that level of form in two subsequent starts, while Slingsbytoo edges out Blue Jay Way to be best of the rest.
